What information do you require when I order a specialty stamp?

Most importantly, we need to know what you will be using your stamp for. Based on the type of surface you’ll be imprinting, we can ensure that your stamp is fabricated to the size, shape, and depth required for optimal results. If you have your own design or logo we ask that you forward your artwork file to us electronically, preferably in pdf vector format.

How do I clean specialty stamps?

Cleaning specialty stamps is crucial to maintain their performance and longevity. For acrylic stamps, simply wipe them clean with a mild soap and water. Soap stamps can be cleaned by gently washing them with warm water and a mild detergent. Use a soft brush or cloth to remove any residue. Pat dry before storing. Pottery stamps can be cleaned with water and a soft brush to remove clay or glaze buildup. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may damage the stamp surface.

How long does it take to produce a specialty stamp?

Our standard lead time is approximately two to three days, depending on the size of your stamp. Volume orders will require a slightly longer lead time.
